Magic Eight partnered with Eleanor Health to help redefine how addiction recovery is perceived and accessed by building a brand that feels modern, compassionate, and approachable. The goal was to create a cohesive identity that could connect with multiple audiences, from individuals seeking care to healthcare providers, while differentiating Eleanor in a traditionally clinical, often stigmatized category.
To support this, we developed a comprehensive brand system designed to elevate their mission, build trust, and communicate hope across every touchpoint. This work also established the foundational brand infrastructure needed at launch and helped set the stage for the success the brand continues to yield today. Clear positioning and messaging frameworks were critical to this work, ensuring Eleanor could show up consistently, speak to each audience with clarity, and build long term trust in a sensitive and high stakes space. Our work also included a user friendly, visually engaging website focused on accessibility and engagement, a curated library of authentic, relatable photography to humanize the brand, digital and print advertising to drive awareness across key channels, out of home campaigns to increase visibility and help normalize seeking help, and a suite of supporting collateral and branded assets to ensure consistent, unified communication across the entire ecosystem.

We developed a foundational photography library that gave Eleanor the visual infrastructure to show up consistently and authentically across every channel. By prioritizing real life moments over stock or staged imagery, the brand was able to build emotional connection, reduce stigma, and reinforce its compassionate care model from day one.
