Through positioning, messaging, and narrative development, we helped clarify how the space functions not just as a retail environment, but as a neighborhood hub for creative connection, discovery, and cultural exchange.

We then translated that strategy into a full visual identity system and brand toolkit built to scale across in store experiences, programming, digital touchpoints, and future growth.
